My name is Stephen and I’m a licensed Amateur Radio operator in New South Wales, Australia.<\/p>\n

My radio stations call-sign is VK2SJA.<\/p>\n

My main area of interest in Amateur Radio is home-brewing or home-construction. I like to pull things apart trying to fathom “how and why” they work. Eventually, a slow understanding dawns and I may even succeed in putting something back together again!<\/p>\n

Slowly knowledge builds to a point where I can contemplate “building” my own equipment. Either an electronics “kit” or perhaps even something “scratch-built” from someone else’s plans.<\/p>\n

I regret to say that I’m not very active on-air. I’m usually far too busy building something in the “Shack”.<\/p>\n
